Konica Minolta Windows Drivers Downloads 
Please Read Instructions Below*

1. Download the Konica Minolta Universal Print Driver from the link above.
2. Extract the zip file to somewhere on your PC.
3. Open Unziped folder and browse to driver/pcl/ and run  UPDSetup64.exe file. 
  1. For Arm Computers run SetupARM64_Win11.exe
4. Follow the wizard to install the driver.
Click ‘Agree’ to agree to the License Agreement
Select ‘Install (Network Search)’.
This will search your network for any printers.
If no printers can be found you may not be connected to the same network as your printer.
(Check you are connected to the correct network and search again)
5. Tick the printer you wish to install.
Select details on the right hand side.
Check the options at the bottom under ‘Admin Settings’ to change the default settings.
Select ‘Next’ and then select ‘Install’.

* All installer downloads are a zip file , you must extract the zip file and browse to the unzipped folder. Inside folders you will find a file called setup64, run that file.
 When running the installer make sure you select the correct model number of your KonicaMinolta or the installer will not find the copier.

Steps to Add an IP Printer on Mac:
  1. Get the IP: Find the printer's IP address (e.g., 
    ) from its network settings menu.
  2. Open Settings: Open the Apple Menu > System Settings (or System Preferences) > Printers & Scanners.
  3. Add Printer: Click the Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax... button (or the + button).
  4. Enter IP Details:
    • Click the IP (globe) icon at the top of the window.
    • Address: Type the IP address.
    • Protocol: Select Line Printer Daemon - LPD, HP Jetdirect - Socket, or AirPrint (AirPrint is usually best for modern printers).
    • Queue: Leave blank unless needed.
    • Name: Type a recognizable name for the printer.
    • Use: Ensure the correct driver is selected (or choose "Generic PostScript/PCL" or "Select Software").
  5. Finalize: Click Add and configure any installed accessories if prompted.

Obtain IP Address from Konica Minolta Copier/MFP

To Obtain the IP Address or Mac Address of a Konica Printer:
  1. At the machine, press Menu button. Tap Utility -> Device Information
  2. See IPV4 Address "Usually in the format of (10.xxx.xxx.xxx)"
Alternatively you may print the configuration page:
  1. At the machine, press Menu button. Tap Utility -> User Settings (2) -> Printer Settings (5) -> Print Reports (8) -> Configuration Page - Start.
  2. Press the yellow reset button to exit out.
